Dune launches its first trailer and awakens all the interest of the public in need of stories that displace the new reality in which we are living, an epic science fiction story. It is the first of a planned two-part adaptation of Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel of the same name, which will cover approximately the first half of the book, scheduled for release in IMAX and 3D on December 18, 2020 by Warner Bros.

In the distant future of humanity, Duke Leto Atreides accepts the administration of the dangerous desert planet Arrakis, also known as Dune, the only source of the most valuable substance in the universe, “spice”, a drug that prolongs human life, provides superhuman levels of thought, and makes it possible to travel faster than light.
